Refund policy

At KOV2K, every order is final sale. Because our products don't come in sizes, there's nothing to "size up" or "size down" — so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully at checkout.

That said, your order is covered if something goes wrong. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

faulty or damaged,

not as described, or

different from what you ordered.

If that happens, email us at kov.2k.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Change of mind, incorrect choice, or "no longer wanted" are not eligible for return.
