Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

EMISA products (jade rollers & sets): shipped from within Australia.
— Australia: estimated 3–7 business days.
— International: estimated 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs.

KOV2K watches: shipped from our supplier and may take longer — estimated 2–4 weeks for delivery. We appreciate your patience; these are worth the wait.

International orders: estimated 2–4 weeks depending on location.

Please note delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, postal delays, or busy periods.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
